Księcia Bolesława 1/3, operate based on the Act dated 30 August 1996 concerning commercialization and privatization (Official Legislation Diary Nbr. 171, item 1397, incl. later changes), the Act dated 15 September 2000 - Commercial Corporation Code (Official Legislation Diary Nbr. 94, item 1037, incl. later changes) and resolutions of the Bylaws.

The company is registered in The Regional Court of the Capital City Warsaw, XIII Economic Department, under the number KRS 0000295379.
